Return Policy

At James & Kelly Vancouver, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We do our best to ensure that every order meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item under the conditions outlined below.


1. Return Conditions

To ensure fair handling of returns, please note the following conditions:

  • You can only request a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international or customs fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

  • Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing it for extended periods is not permitted.

  • Orders placed intentionally in multiple sizes or colors with the intent to return part of the order are not eligible for return.


2. Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Submit your return request via email to info@jameskellyvancouver.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier, located in China.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or import fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service (Track & Trace) to ensure safe delivery of your return.


3. Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected at the supplier’s facility, we will notify you via email.
Once the return is approved:

  • The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days,

  • Using the original payment method you used during checkout.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Liability & Responsibility

Please read the following carefully regarding return responsibilities:

  • We are not responsible for lost or missing packages once the tracking status shows that the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was entered at checkout, this is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any address errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of placing the order.
